The candidate?

We are looking Business Administrator for a progressive company, a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, an upbeat can do attitude to support and assist our executive team.
In a nut shell you will:
Support the executive team members, as directed, to ensure that operations run efficiently
Manage professional scheduling including agendas, meetings and other company logistics
Plan and orchestrate administrative work to ensure that priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
Coordinate complex calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to executive team
Prioritise and resolve any scheduling conflicts
Take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff
Prepare documents to be reviewed and presented to the board, executives and other committees
Assist with meeting preparation; record meeting minutes and actions
Follow up and coordinate action progress in advance of follow up meetings
Develop / Refine and maintain internal processes that support executive team, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks
Organise team communications and planned events, both internal and off-site
Carry out basic accounting tasks i.e. create and distribute POs, submit expenses etc.
Liaise with wider company central support functions

2+ years’ experience in similar role
Proven experience Handling multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrable ability of working on own initiative and to tight deadlines
Exceptional inter personal and time management skills
Outstanding English communication skills
Highly motivated, target focused and solution driven
Ability to form excellent relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
A strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed
Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency
